Introduction: Ghost Systems mobile app allows for an end user to view their devices, tickets, and our knowledge base articles.
The app is available via the Google Play store, and Apple Store.
Once the app is downloaded and you are logged in. This is what the main screen will look like.
1) The settings option will allow you to update your information, and sign out of the device.
2) This will show you any devices that are assigned to you. Once clicked on you will be able to view details about it. *Note these devices have to be manually assigned to you. If yours is missing contact Ghost for assistance*
3) Here you will be able to see any active tickets you have, and any past ones as well.
4) These are the support options available to you in case you need to reach out to us.
5) This option might not always be there however our provider may ask you to fill out a survey. It is completely optional and is only for them to gather feedback about their mobile application.
